Thanks man, I will once the weather gets better and my summer tires go back on. By then I will be closer to the actual 1 year mark

Good to run into your thread. All I have to say is that your 8 is a natural beauty. I wouldn't worry about modding it too much though.

Sometimes I wonder if I should've just went with a Sport version, since they look & perform so good, as is.

Very nice upgrade from the Civic. You made a good decision.

Lol it sure has ... hows the car doing by the way? Your cat issues resolved?

 

So far the car's doing okay. I'm starting to conclude that the CAT was overheating that time on the track, and so the car's PCM was protecting itself by making the car go into limp mode. The issue hasn't happened again, but I'm expecting it to occur sooner or later. I suppose Mazda made the Series II RX8 a bit more sensitive to any type of overheating. Don't flame me, this is only my guess.
