My new audio setup (RIP BOSE)

Today I ripped all of my bose audio out and replaced it with Boston components

Retarded big front speakers

and the new ones. no real pics :/ Boston SL60 Components
s

Here is the stock 6x9 compared to the new one!

Boston SL95 6x9s

Ran the center channel off of the headunit Boston s35

And the brains of the operation bostons big boy GT-42

The install was HARD but not too hard to knock out in a couple hours (or days)

I will be building an amp rack for the 4 channel soon so pics will be updated!

PM for any questions

This makes me want to get my new comps/amps/sub in also.

They are just sitting around my place haha.

It is well worth it. It sounds amazing. I have had this stuff setting around since september but just now had a chance to get it all put in and together.

nah I dont know how I forgot to take pictures. We used 1/4" MDF because lexan wasn't available. It was almost impossible to drill through the grommet so we used one of the 12v wires from the bose door amps.

Hah, me too.

I've got this high-end Kicker 10/amp that's been sitting in my living room for a couple of years now. I just hate the idea of spending an entire day hanging out around an install shop being that there's nobody who could pick me up. I also hate the idea of losing my trunk..

My box is WAY smaller than the pic above, I'm thinking of just setting it in the back seat behind me, maybe the floorboard if there's room.
