Just got back from Dallas with my '04 , was a blast to drive ! I love this car and everything about it so far . The dealership did a awesome job on the leather seats! Here is some pics !

I live in Amarillo , my dealership here sucks , so I went to Dallas .

 

Oh man you got exactly what I want! Mind trading me for my 4 Speed Auto same color and interior with the grand touring package. DVD Nav, BOSE System all that stuff. Maybe we can meet up sometime I live in Tyler.

 

There is some rubbish on your floor!! lol Those red seats compliment your paint perfectly. Lotta wide open road tween Dallas and Amarillo...I'm sure you obeyed the speed limits. Enjoy your car.

Do you recognize the rubbish? That's the wadded up Airbag warning label that comes sticking out of the glovebox!

interesting....i have a v-red 8 too and my steering wheel is wrapped with red AND black leather. yours is just black. why is this?

Man, was that airbag label glued on tight or what? I was having such a hard time ripping that sucker off, I started thinking maybe it wasn't supposed to come off!

 

I think he said the red leather is aftermarket. They did a great job on it.

Love the front end stuff, hate the wing ... but that's how it came. Bought it off the lot.

Anyway, I think red, blue, and yellow are all beautiful. I say they all tie for second -- right after silver!

 

It's a sweet car Stew, but the body kit isn't my cuppa tea. I prefer the clean lines of the stock. Maybe lower the springs, go for some 19" rims, etc. but the stock body is as smooth as a baby's bottom.

If I was to get Red, that is the exact interior I would have wanted it looks sharp. Read the DIY section on this forum your going to find some cool things that you can do to your car.

Thanks everyone ! Mighty proud of my new 8 . Stew , I wasn't looking for the appearance package or leather seats , and when the salesman sent me pics ...and the price ... I couldn't resist it . The seats are aftermarket seats they installed , and I love them ! Car is so fun to drive and the looks it gets , makes it even more enjoyable . Thanks again everyone on here . I read this forum for 8 months , kepted my motivation up , and gave so much info , really is priceless on here

 

Your yellow 8 looks great but don't you think you need to remove the front license plate hardware??

 

That is one of the best Velocity Red's I have ever seen, you and MikeB have got the red thing looking real good. Congratulations! Your's is the first I have seen where the interior is red/black with no red/black steering wheel...I love it.
