Wow your paint job is seriously cool! Did you paint it yourself? What HPI model is this?
I have an RS4 3 Type-SS with a Saleen S7R body and Lambo Murcielago body when in racing trim and BMW M3 for when I'm running in my rally conversion trim. All are very basic 1-color paint jobs. Yours are really niiice! You need to trim those body posts tho

I sold one on ebay a while back that was color change blue and purple. plain but pretty cool. I have one I just did a couple months ago (still has nt even ben driven) that is Yellow with blue checkerboard wave down the side. I have a clear one that still needs to be painted. dont knwo what I will do there.
If I remember about theis thread when I get home I will post some pics. (I forget a lot)

Thats really awesome. I talked my friend's stepdad into buying an RX-8 body for his gas powered one. Is that gas powered or electric? I don't know much about them.

Those damn things are for sure faster than the real rx8. Good set up one can hit 0-60 in z06 like speed. I miss mine ;(. I had quite a few including 4tec, Savage, nitromt, mini-t, associated b4 buggy. God I miss them ;(. I need to go get me a 1/10th scale rc and do a rx8 like you did. Although I don't think my paint job would be quite as gorgeous as yours, because damn man that is one nicely done body. Props to the beautiful hpi rx8 :D

[QUOTE=RX-Hachi]Very nice work!
I also love to build RC cars. Here's a few pics of my HPI RX-8 body. The chassis is the Yokomo drift package.

Here are some pics. I will try to post rotary love first and a couple of my piston body favorites.
keep in mind most of these look better in person.
First up is the newest addition to my Body collection ( I have like 30 bodys ) check out the outlined flame in the checkers.

here is the First RX8 I did. I sold this one on Ebay a while back. color change from blue to purple.
the last pic is an S2000. I really wish the picture did this body justice. it was a very nice paint job with white stars and specs. kinda had that night time sky look. swirls int he roof.... oh man, she was a nice body. I really wish the pictures could show all the cool stuff in there. but nope, it just looks black. Sold this one on Ebay to.
