Man, I had such a blast at the last auto-x event. Being my first, I was more than excited. People were saying I did really great for being a first-timer aka newbie. At that, I received a trophy (1 of 6 given), Cool Arrow Award - Newbie with the best progression time over their four runs. I was pretty exicted about that but was more focused on how much fun it was going to be, and it was!

It will be this same course for the next two meets, so lately I've been thinking when I can open her up more and whatnot while watching these.

Cool enough, the guy letting me use the camera has a Phantom Blue 8 (recently been in a hit-and-run), it's really nice and being repaired while he just ordered some RB springs ans sways - cool guy.

Unfortunately, he has yet to upload my other two vids along with his, and one of the others has my best time of 51.591. Here is the sheet, I'm in class BSP http://stbrscca.com/May%2007%20Results.pdf

I'm aiming for 50.xxx or below, so hopefully i'll be posting up some better times in the future.

I feel like I've found a new world. I only knew about it before this. Meeting a lot of new people and seeing their cars....it was so awesome. Being surrounded by other car enthusiasts that aren't dicks and just like to have a good time is so cool. I've found a playground with the coolest kids around, haha.

I'll be getting some new tyres too - Kumho Ecsta SPTs. I don't think these stupid re040s will last much longer. Plus they're getting on my nerves.
