great car, i just bought a 09 r3 in sparkling black. i traded in my 07 mazda speed3 for it. i couldn't resist once i drove it. i am having same issues with trying to find aftermarket parts for it, one thing i really want to do is lower down the car with some lowering springs or maybe a set of coil overs, but am having problems trying to figure out if these cars are the same spring set up as previous models, i know the dampers have been upgraded to bilsteins, and foam filled in the front, but what about the springs?? any info would be appreciated, thanks

Holy thread bump and you should search but all rx8 lowering springs will work. The struts are slightly different, in regards to the perch, but it's not a problem. I have my 09 on Eibach's and love em.
