Here are a few pics of my 8 with the strakes, exhaust shrouds, seat accents, rotary accents, and ash tray/door handles painted in black or winning blue. Hope this inspires some other ideas!

Front calipers are also WB, but not easily seen in all these pics.

 

Interesting and not bad. Seats look great. For some reason I think of Batman when looking at the exterior. Now you just need wheels similar to these to complete.

Eh, i'm not a fan of the WB on the BB.

 

The camera seems to lighten the color a bit in the pics for some reason...plus it hides the metalic flake.

 

yeah, you should just paint the rest of the car WB too

Not feeling it. A WB might have looked good with black parts. Looks like you got it reversed.

It looks good! The only thing I dont like is the blue around the exhaust.. It makes the rear look unfinished. Nothing wrong with it... Better than doing the red calipers on a BB like everyone else.. I have my accents/calpiers done in pink and plan on doing strakes some day.

 

Don't worry Jeremiah............. It looks good regardless what these ppl say. It's your 8, you do what you want to make it your own bro.

I'm not worried, its not everyones cup of tea... I'll admit, though, that the camera does make the blue look 3 shades lighter than it really is. Almost everyone who sees it in person loves it. Yes, it was all done by me. I'll try to get some better pics at some point with better angles. The ones above give an odd effect. The best is a side profile pic.

 

You should see all the hate i got on my thread for painting my stock wheels WB on my WWP 8. Looks good, and whats best is you did it your self. +1

 

just found your thread... I kinda like the blue with the white. Have you considered blue strakes to match? Funny, you noticed the pics of your 8 show the blue as a "weaker" less vivid color than in real life, too. Wonder why that is?

 

No actually i just wanted blue wheels because they stand out! lol otherwise i like the whole white/black theme. I am planning to get some white track/summer wheels though. And yeah idk i think the cameras arent too good capturing the pearl in the blue. I did use a 7mpx cam. I need more sun and a better camera!

 

oh, lol. i thought you meant this as a joke WB should = winning black so we dont need to vomit anymore...or brilliant blue for BB
