I worked at a detail shop for several years when I was in college (a million years ago) and an obviously highly intoxicated bum walked by one day and said he just rubbed motoroil on his cars when he wanted them to shine nicely. Good tip and its only $2.50 a quart.:eek:

That store brand stuff is all the same to me, wether Zaino,turtle wax ice,Zymol, etc.......none of them keep a long lasting shine after a week like Griots. Many of those store brand waxes look good for about a week or two then your car has that regular shine to it again. And Griots goes on super smooth and comes off super smooth.
Have you actually used zaino? I'm not a fanboy, the 8 is the first nice car i've owned and its the only wax i've ever used. But I got the kit they sell, clayed it, put on 4 coats with the detailing spray in between as they suggest and it was buttery smooth and had a super deep shine for months....
