FWIW, I voted phantom blue even though my car is titanium gray. I like the gray but the blue looks better IMO. Sadly, it wasn't available at the time when I bought mine.

I voted for Phantom Blue.. but.. how about doing it with some TG flames also? Kind of a mirror of your own car if you will? Just a thought really

Killa project though please keep us updated on it.

Neat idea. I just checked the manufacurer of the flames on my 8. They make them in shades of gray. I'm 99% sold on the idea. Thanks Clavius.

OK, this is really rudimentary because I'm no photoshop expert. This picture of a RX-3 with superimposed gray flames is to give us an idea. Don't ridicule me. I could never color inside the lines either!

GREAT NEWS! I just found a brand new blue tinted windshield at PPGglass(ad in Hemmings). I should get it within a week..........Bad news; over $700 with freight! OUCH! Gotta have a windshield though.

I haven't found new emblems, so I will begin restoring the ones I have this weekend. Hope to have before/after pics up by Monday or so.

Wow, the emblems are taking longer to restore. Still working. Need a good upholstery person in the Huntsville area if anybody has anyone in mind.

Hi all, sorry for the delay. My car was 'waiting in line' at the body shop. The good news is they have started stripping it to bare metal and taking off the old bad bindo work. The body work is getting underway.

The upholstery people came yesterday and stripped out the interior to take it and begin restore all of that.

As far as the emblems go, haven't gotten far with those but we've got plenty of time!
