The first time i heard the term it was used on rob and big referring to their all black SUV.

their first SUV was shiny black with black 22's and black painted trim(no chrome).

I believe the OP used the term correctly.

Unfortunately your chrome bumpers keep this truck from being murdered out..

In a blacked out vehicle normally the "lenses"/ transparent objects on the car are smoked/darkened along with wheels to give it a more mundane look. On a murdered out car EVERYTHING must be black... Wheels, chrome, windows, side markers, anything you can see pretty much.
