Huh... Just saw this thread. I've been in about 9 years now. IT2.
These are pictures of when I was in the Supply department on the nuclear carrier USS John C. Stennis, way back in 2005-2009...
On the fain-tail (rear deck) of the Stennis out in the Persian Gulf, circa 2009:
This is me on armed rover watch in Sasebo, Japan, while assigned to the frigate USS Ford from 2009-2011 after I'd converted to Information Systems Tech (the modern variant of Radioman).
This is me on the fan-tail of the Ford, getting photo-bombed by one of my buddies haha...
Also while attached to the USS Ford, we visited Vladivostok, Russia in 2011 during a big festival and partied with a bunch of crazy Russians!
I'm the only non-Russian in this pic, but rest-assured we're all sweaty and drunk
And here in Hawaii (I'm about to transfer to San Diego in a few weeks) I met Congresswoman Colleen Hanabusa in 2012 after a speech on base. I'm the white guy on the far left.
Finally, I'm not in uniform in this pic, but this is from 2009 when the Stennis pulled into Hong Kong and of course I had to buy a custom fitted suit...
