Not sure if you notice it yet but the mirror are opposite of the US. The driver side image will look small as it is the passenger side mirror in Japan. I think that is why not a lot of people are getting it. $600 is about close to the Ganador ones. Other than that, the MS side mirror looks good.

Find a shop that installs windows, they also do side mirrors and they can take them out and switch them up.

They look really nice! I'm sure any glass shop would be able to cut new mirrors for you to set it up for LHD.

Are the glass parts the same size and shape as the OEM? Couldn't you just order new mirror glass and replace? I'm sure you could get that from Rosentahals.
