Look what just arrived!! :D
Persistence and patience is key...
That said, the last one I purchased was from The Wulf, who was/is fairly local to you. You slept, and I pounced. The early bird gets the worm

^Thanks Venko! It has been a very trying process, and I nearly lost all interest in my car since my accident last summer. But as I always say- patience, persistence and motivation always pays off in the end!
I didn't get a chance to post pictures of my last delivery, but a few weeks ago I picked up a used Mazdaspeed front strut bar and oil cap, and a windshield sun protector from a member, which have already been installed (don't mind the dirty car. She's been stored for quite a while, without a cover. That will probably be my next purchase...).
And this evening I picked up another package from another member (Mr. Mango), including a Borla catback and PowerTrix coilovers. These will most likely be installed after I return at the end of the month.
Now, what's next on the ol' wish list...

^ I'd already worked on that prior to the purchase.
Charles at PowerTrix will send me the new, upgraded bushings FREE OF CHARGE! Needless to say, I'm very impressed with that company!
I'm hoping that over the next few weeks (as time permits...), these latest mods will be installed. Currently, she is naked without a front or rear bumper. I'm trying to build up the courage to either cut into my rear to install the MS diffuser, or else get blind drunk and hope for the best
Also to note, my old auto body shop really messed up a few small details when fixing it up after the accident last summer. So, with all of these parts removed, I need to get in there and have these parts fixed and/or replaced by them before the winter snow begins to fall!
I've already found another great body shop that will make my car as lovely (yet with a makeover!) as the day I met her. I only have to decide if I'll store her with her new clothes on, or else I'll dress her after the winter. Her being naked gives me room to play with her with a lot less difficulty while she sleeps

I love coming home from training to find packages waiting for me and my car. It's like Christmas all year round
The HU, wiring and Prosport EVO oil pressure gauge are from paimon.soror, and the eyelids (KEI Office reps) are from Jethro Tull. This is the second (and third. Ordered his last 2 pairs lol) set of eyelids that I've received from JT. The old set fit flawlessly and I was really upset that they were not repairable after the accident. They were quickly becoming one of my favourite aesthetic mods for my car.

Can't wait to have these things installed! Spring time is looking good for my baby. So many parts...

Ooo very nice!
I'm looking at the EVO premium for my AFR and boost gauge because of the peak warnings (for when I eventually get boost
). Which did you go with?
Please let me know how well they work!

^ Exactly the peak warning is what i was after but in evo style. I just got the basics needed for the series 2,oil pressure/oil temps and water temps. Now just have to figure out which pod to go with.
The main issue with the EVO Premium is that they're 60mm instead of 50mm, so finding a suitable pod to fit all three will be an issue.
I know you can find a dual pod for 60mm. That's my plan...

I'm thinking maybe just keep it simple and fasten the cups from the under side of the centre
grill at the front edge, but that could change I've got all winter to come up with something.

Here is an option that you may find useful. It fits 60mm gauges. I'm now considering it for my future EVO Premium purchase...

Read more about it in the RSW link in this thread https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-int...stalls-231245/
I'm not too sure about fitment on a series 2, but I imagine you can work something out, just as paimon.soror did with his LoTek install

Yes I did see this in some pics of gauges and thought it was a great idea but can't find anywhere in my searches.I've got everything purschased and on it's way except for the gauge pod.
Thanks for the link.

Thanks for the link.

That I did! But, it's in the shop right now, and what they're telling me is that it's gonna take a lot of work to repair. Don't forget my pm!
As for your thread, I definitely look forward to it! I'm sure that we're going along the same path lol,
Every penny I put into this car is planned in advance. I could have other things done to it, but at have the attention to detail! Patience is my thing. I'll definitely be starting a new thread in the future. It's just going to take a little more time than planned...

Well, get on it then! I always enjoy reading other peoples' builds. Not only does it give me inspiration, but also motivation. These winters up here in the north leave me feeling guilty for leaving my baby stored in the dark for half a year...
