^^ you have to go to http://www.stickam.com/blackhaloracing to see the chat window; the 'Live' tab at BHR only has one camera feed and no chat.

Sorry about the small image, but all you do is drag your pointer onto the vid, click the box (circled in red), then you'll be able to chat with others. (at least, that's how I did it...)
