If they had of driven a VR they would have been satisfied with the RX-8s power...since VR is wayyyy faster than BB

I removed the steering wheel accent as its always a distraction when I need complete attention to the twisty pavement below. Now the airbag is visible until a new wheel is chosen. Thanks for the kind words everyone, it was a fun day, got to play with the other cars and the guys were very down to earth.

 

I was kinda pissed at how they were so ready to dog on the 8 without knowing anything about it but im glad the the 8 just spoke for itself besides i doubt hyundai will ever make a car in the same league as mazda and as far as the infiniti well if someone wants to pay thousands more for the same 350z they can go right ahead...thanx for reping the 8 community!

 

I test drove a genesis Turbo with the track package and I must say it is a great car and the V-6 would be more fun when left stock. The only downside IMO is the interior. Sadly though I have to admit, it will trounce an 8. The 8's handling is not superior enough to defeat the HP and torque of either of the Genesis motors. I am excited to see what Mazda comes out with to battle it. To me the G37S is in a whole other class, it's not as raw as the other two cars.

 

^ actually im no fanboy i like other cars (might be getting a e46 m3 soon) but i think the 8 has got enough to be faster in the corners of course on a daily basis the genesis would be faster but its a hyundai and its a g37 wanna be! and i think the turbo is a 4 banger isnt it?? the 6 is na or am i mistaken?

 

Both the genesis and G37s are brick houses and everyone will allways say the 8 is underpowered but thats nothing a lil boost cant fix

Call me a fanboi if you like....but i will never buy a hyundai!
