nice pics konig. got a question tho. i have the same cf license plate surround but the sides are kinda away from the bumper. did you have this problem? theres not alot of materal for 3m tape

yeah i know what youre talking about, i had the same problem! best solution i had was to use 3m tape but stick to pieces on top of each other or fold it so its thicker, that way it is able to hold the gap in between the insert and the bumper. you put this folded piece vertically about 1-2 inches from the edge of the insert's sides and then press it against the bumper for a while til it gets a firm hold. mine hasnt come off since i put it on a few months ago and the tape is only visible from one small angle if you look at it directly. hope that description made sense lol. i can send a pic if need be.

another important part was to not over tighten the screws at all. i only tightened them jusstt enough so that they arent unscrewable by hand. tighten any more than that and they pull the sides out even more.

thanks, it was tricky getting out of the 8 without my feet getting soaked haha...but i had to make it work for the pictures!
