Last weekend's DE at Putnam Park
I did a DE at Putnam Park (Mt. Meridian, IN) last weekend with the Mid-Ohio Region Porsche Club. It was my third DE. I did my first one at Watkins Glen with my former '95 325is, then my second this spring at Watkins Glen with the RX-8, both with BMW CCA. I ran B-group with the car completely stock, other than Hawk HP+ front brake pads and HPS rears. It was a really fun time, except that my friend blew up his turbo in his WRX. It ended up being that his wastegate got stuck open, but we ended up renting a G35 for his second day. I have some pictures up at my website, so feel free to browse around. You'll see a shot of me catching some serious air in the G35 on a back road, too!

I'm planning on getting Dunlop SP SuperSport Race's before the next DE. I intend to do another DE at Putnam Park in September and then the end of October at Watkins Glen again. I'd really like to go to Mid-Ohio or Road America, but haven't been able to find anyone who'll be there during September. Anyway, I thought I'd share the pics. Enjoy!

I'm planning on getting Dunlop SP SuperSport Race's before the next DE. I intend to do another DE at Putnam Park in September and then the end of October at Watkins Glen again. I'd really like to go to Mid-Ohio or Road America, but haven't been able to find anyone who'll be there during September. Anyway, I thought I'd share the pics. Enjoy!

The Midwest FBody club runs at Road America the 16th and 17 of September. I'll be there with my 8 along with a lot of other people. You should come! www.mfba.org
