Made the final deal today. I now have $15,000 extra, but I feel pretty empty. Don't get the Speed 3 for three days so I imagine I'll feel pretty crappy the next few days. I actually got offended when he asked me for the keys. Took this picture from inside the Arby's where we did the deal. Only proper that it was such a rainy and dreary day.

I teared a bit as I gave my rx8s keys to the salesman and got into the vette...something special about the 8 that I cant put my finger on.

It was a sad day. But hey, if I feel a void in my life I can always purchase another 8 or even an S2000 or something if I get the urge for a high revving, tight handling, RWD toy in the future. I am sure I am not done with RX8's. Next time I won't have the spoiler.

 

I've made it up in my mind I'm going to keep the 8 and if someday I get a new toy the 8 will remain

sucks but i would do it too one day, gas is way to gay on this car..@ most driving normally i get MAX about 60Miles on one quarter....So if im lucky... 240Miles on a Tank
