I'll get a hold of better keys. :-P

Rkesh: Ah, gotcha. I kept mine there sometimes, when I wasn't worried about tickets. It was there for the last month or so b/c I had a job. It'll be there next year.

^^^^I find it highly ironic that people keep putting their "secret projects" in the photo gallery section and of course being a secret project not wanting to post pics of it just sayin ya know....

Hell no I'm not taking summer classes.

... and as for Mr. "Ironic", it's not that I don't want to post pictures. Trust me, I'm dying to. It's not my fault my starter and grounding are fxcked up and it keeps having to go to Mazda. Sheesh.

whoa, I didn't mean it to be offensive,,, I like anticipation just as much as everyone else, I was just saying it seemed like this thread became more than a post about your car and more about you, which is fine after all its your post. Just everytime I would see an update on I would jump to it to see if there were pics or update and all there would be is banter about how everyone wants to get into your pants... I dont know maybe Im just jealous, we would have met if your had attended AudioJam, but im sure we will some time , again no offense meant,,, sorry if it came across that way... its cool Im on my third starter,, so I feel your pain

Yeah, my project is a starter replacement.

Not really, but I'll take a picture of that too just for ***** and giggles.

Rotr, my bad. Sorry bro.

But, no, I am really frustrated 1)bc I don't have a car and I drive... EVERY day... and not just to work and back. It's my "therapy". and 2)I'll be w/o a car for about 3 weeks probably. And it's all bc Mazda sucks.

It will be worth it... it will be worth it...

whoa - 3 weeks is getting close to Rotor Jam. I pulled my car out of the shop last year and went to Rotorfest missing 3 rather significant parts of my dashboard. You will be one unhappy camper if you're a pedestrian at Rotor Jam. I'll have been without my 8 3 weeks come tomorrow and I'm getting the shakes. I probably won't even get the car back tomorrow.

Its all good,,,gonna have to go on alil rant now...........hhaaaa I got all you topped on ultimate f*** up stories.... got into a self induced accident in a round-a-bout two years ago. So I get it written off through insurance because it was about 40 degrees out that night, anyway so Mazda Bel Air doesnt have an in-house body shop so its sent down the street to a Jeep/Chrysler dealership, takes a whole month and a half to reconstruct the pass side front suspension and fr bumper(ohh and they did actually replace my Volk wheel as well).... go to pick up the car and drive it off the lot onto a highway merge ramp not even 100 ft away and hear a click, look out my window to see my lug nuts shooting off and hitting other cars on the highway and then bamb! my wheel goes flying off(drivers sde, not the side that was worked on). After cussing the service manger out on my cell, they picked it up with a tow and took it back. I walk around the whole car and none of the lugs were tight I could loosen them all with my hand... So the Senior tech is sitting there trying to tell me that he just took on a test drive, to which I just laugh right in his f****** face and say like sh** you did. Meanwhile a junior tech right out of tech school or probably a drop out of high school is trying to tighten them with a f****** dewalt power drill so of course I yell at him to get the f away from my car and ever hear of a torque wrench? Blah blah blah the car was in the shop for another two months. i made them replace every single last part of the suspension on the grounds that "if the lug nuts aren't tight what else is loose or unbolted" to which I had a Mazda certified senior tech double check and inspect every last little bolt,,,, see pic, notice all the new green blue yellow and red stickers on the suspension components.... shew, sorry haven't told that story in years,,,,

and kim, I know exactly what your talking about when you say therapy I start to loose it if I can't drive my car for a while.... not even high gas prices can keep me from a cruise,,,,,

I'm bringing the car back to Kenny Monday, seeing as I have no time and no way to get it there before then.

For all you people who are dying for pictures, I'll make a new thread when the car is done. This will just be the update thread from now on.
