It's probably a "DARE" care or something like that. We have those around here. There's no emergency lighting, siren box, or spot light...all of which would indicate that it's an actual duty vehicle. It's an RX8 with a neat paint job...cool.

 

Besides, "Polizia" is Italian, but the police decal on the door says "Police" in english. Hmmmm....FAIL.

 

In China, personal modification can not use the word "police",so instead of using "poliza"

the chinese writings on things in the background are all in traditional script, as far as i can tell. in china they're all simplified, so this is likely not china...

 

Obviously a transformers homage. Everything is identical to Barricade except the POLIZIA, there's even a decpitcon logo on the blue shield and "to punish and enslave" on the back. Kinda cool though.
