How do those go on - they look sweet, the only thing I don't like about them is that they are not smooth with the rest of the body. I don't really like the "stuck-on" look.

evo-r has the eyelids painted and they look exactly like posted pixs.
its were i got mine and a few tri-state rx8 members also

 

guys you can find the same eyelids painted the colour of your car at www.evo-r.net for $109 or carbon fiber for $89. True theyre not r-magic ones but who cares about he brand of the eyelids.

but the only reason i went in on the evo-r cause it isnt fiberglass
my friend josh has/ had the real r-majic eyelids and i wanted them
but after a few weeks of driving a truck dropped small rocks and cracked the
eyelids he was able to get it fixed since its fiberglass but not worth it.
meanwhile my lids are going strong
im not bashing on the original eyelids im just happy with what i got
and thats what matters

 

Do you guys think real CF lids would look good on a Titanium Gray? Or should they be painted? I kinda hate painting over real carbon...

still dont understand why ppl would put eyelids on the 8? the factory headlight style looks good as is, why making it smaller? also, the eyelids will never sit flsah with the guards and bonnet, it looks funny sticking out from nowhere.
carbon fibre eyelids would look great on a blk 8. eyelids have to be colour matched to get "that" effect :D
