Did you guys see the action pics of those two cars?
There are sweeping wings that fold out from under the car. They claim the RX-8 flying car can go over 450 mph.
It's a shame that they can only fly for 30 mins due to the 16 gal tank...

nope not at all...
"he bought it at boeing" is funny - it's witty, to the point, and has got a quick 1-2-punch, it rolls off the tongue
your joke was funny, but more of a sarcastic "har har" way, and less of a laughing out loud way...

to all the wing haters out there:
at least those wings are functional, and at least those wings fit in with the look of the entire car. while an ostentatiously loud racing look might not be what you like, there's definitely a legitimate tuning culture behind it, and that's to be respected. however, if i were going to make fun of one of those cars, I'd rip on that ferrari badge cuz the owner's trying to make the car something it's not.
neither of those two cars are rice. i hate that word, especially when it's thrown around by people who don't even understand it. rice is a 1988 civic with wheels wider than the fenders and blue LEDs on the dash. rice is a rear wing on a FWD car. rice is a boost gauge on a car without FI. rice is a lowered car with cut springs.
on the other hand, a wing on an RX-8 race and showcar is not rice. although it might not be pleasing to your palette, your understated car might seem too dull and bland for other people. keep that in mind the next time you rip on somebody's car...
when it comes to their ride, everyone has a different taste. respect that (except for cars that are genuinely rice). there is a big distinction between race and rice, even if it's only one vowel.

FREE ADVICE!

If one brings their car to look like everyone else's, FOR THE PURPOSE OF LOOKING LIKE EVERYONE ELSE, then [all in all they're just another brick in the wall].

I can picture the racers over there use the term "cheese". Example: " man, Taki's new firebird is totally cheesed out!"
