interior work

i posted in the interior, audio, and electronics forum but i guess it should go here since it has photos. well check it out and let me know what you think

I got bored with the stock look and wanted to customize the interior a bit. I started playing with fiberglass and this is what I've come up with so far. This is my first time attempting a project like this. Let me know what you all think here are some pictures of the progress so far.

First layer of fiberglass

Some may think that's overkill but it's definitely unique. Keep doing what you like and post up more pics.

I think it's overkill color wise but it's a great job given it was your first attempt at something like this

You could have made the entire door panel black suede with only the blue door handle/cover and the switch cover. But I actually kind of like it. Definitely catches the eye when the door is open

Just doesnt seem like it fits the car well. The color is good just the suede interior on the doors is weird to me.

Looks like you did a good job though.

I think blue leather would of look better (just my opninion) not really feeling the black and blue suede and the speaker. Or instead of blue and black suede how about black and grey Bride fabric pattern. something like this (check out the interior on the civic, simple)

Hey man I'm looking in to doing the same thing but just to the parts where you have blue, but I was wondering where did you get your material and how hard was it to do?
