Thanks to all of you guys! I feel like Im home already yay!! The car wasn't on Ebay but it was on auto trader. I got compliments everywhere I go, cause the guy who had it, took great care of the car, and you don't see the sideskirts or the bumper as this frequently. He told me is the VeilSide bumper, not the lip BUT, it could be possible that the whole thing was work certain way to have the lip looking part of the bumper cause u can't see any separation at all. I dont know.

 

I am pretty sure it was ebay, in Florida somewhere. The bottom part of the wing is painted red right? Oh well.
