How much can i safely drop my car??? *pics*

Hey, recently whenever i get the comment along the lines of.."Slam that thing dude!" i've always told everyone that my driveway was too steep, but now i'm second guessing that. so i took some pictures of my car at the point at which my car would hit if lowered. How much do you guys think i can lower my car atm without it being a HUGE hassle to get it up the drive way in a safe manor.

**note: id love to get the burnout kit within the next year so maybe add another 1/4 inch to the thickness of the lip that is currently on the car.**

any imput would be great, oh and # 2 actually came out to be a good picture lol

excuse my dirty front lip =P ...it rained lol

your driveway isn't steep. you just need to drive up at an angle.

That looks clean to me...

Thats the reason I have not got a kit yet. My Zeals are slammed, and I have trouble with the stock bumper. I have to angle everything. The best way to lower it is with coilovers, that way you can adjust them to suit your needs.

Catch some sunshine for me, would ya

Ngo has seen MY driveway, took 3 of us to get it up there.
Your driveway seems fine; don't see why RB, H-Techs, or even S-techs wouldn't work for ya.

it's true. it may seem like a hassle at first, but i'm sure just about everyone that has lowered their car has learned that taking angles is the only way to keep from scraping up their car too bad. even on speed bumps, just take it at an angle and you should be fine.

I'd say 1/2 inch. Which is about what you will get if you go with a lower profile tire like...245x40x18

its the driveway angle that's making it look low... your car is the same exact height.

I know how you feel. My driveway prevents me from going any lower.

Note: the lip has been fixed and no longer looks like this.

You could always move. Buy a new house. With less steep of a driveway.

you should be fine, like everyone else said, angle when pulling in and out. I been up driveways in lower cars twice steep.. fine.

I can't wait till it gets warm, i see you car, looks so fresh and clean even after it rains, here, in jersey always rains and usually right after i wash it, and never looks half as good with our weather.

Also what camera did you use? I like
