I have run a search and can not find out how to post pics to a thread. Can someone give me a few friendly pointers please

When you post, under neath the text box should be a box that says manage attachments. Click that then it will propt a window where you will upload files. Also you could use imageshack.us for file hosting. I attached an image of what the box should look like.
