It's just hard having a dual moto/rx8 life. Especially since there are only so many weekends in a year!!

If it's any consolation, I'm planning to make the meet in July. Can I make it up to yas??? puleeeeze??? <bats eyelashes>

Well, I do not have one of me with my 8 yet. But this is one of me at an AutoX after a Drill weekend. I did however jump into an 8 that day and took a few runs too...

Well, here I am after a several month hiatus form the forums. I was just about to post anyway to see about meeting up for the Speed Trial gig at Streets of Willow when I got a reminder from the board that I'd been absent. Bummer that I can't make the Willow run...

Anyway, here're a couple pics including me turning 40 last September with my daughter Sarah, my car (Terrigenesis) in Carlsbad, and my day winning a 1st place trophy at my first San Diego Autocross event in April -- sounds like an amazing story, but it was heaped with luck as there were only three cars in B Stock. It makes a really good story for "The Secret" when unabridged, though.

LOL... When we had the K1200LT we thought about getting an RT for me, but I wanted to remain a passenger at that point .

 

Yeah, I imagine the back of an LT is about as close to a Barcalounger that you can get. That being said, you did kinda miss out on the RT sweetness. Are you still just riding passenger?

 

It was pretty close, but I hafta say that the Goldwing we borrowed from my brother one time was even more cushy. No, I haven't been on a motorcycle at all since my husband died the summer of 2005.
