^^LOL same, my BF has like 42" chest and 16" arms he is 5'7"-5'8" and also 155, he can never seem to build bigger, but he is super strong and can lift real heavy weights for his size.....so he tells me hahaha if i may ask, how tall are you?

tell your bf to keep his workout intense (I do 30 sets per muscle group in 40 min. per day that I workout--- dripping in sweat afterwards and simply feel like i was hit by a train)
Have him take a good look at his food intake and everything else will follow.. Training is only about 25% of seeing results.

i wasnt going to mention this but i didnt want to sound like i was bragging but you will prob know what i am talking about,
he benches dry about 375lbs, or around that and i think he said dead lift is around 600lbs? i forget but i know its up there, and i cant remember all the rest he has told me, its too much hahaha

i may be wrong but i have to point out that your hood and bumper colors dont match, it must have been repainted before lol
kinda the fender and bumper as well lol
See how the rear bumper looks just a hair different shade? And that is all factory Mazda at that point.... the MS kit is only the bottom diffuser part.

yeah i know that the factory paint plays a little color change from plastic to metal just the nature of the materials and paint on the materials, i only say this because i am a painter and 99% of the time can pic out plenty of detail of whats been repainted or not, heck i have mazda factory color on mine when its been repainted and you cant tell from the hood to the fender that its been repainted, what i said was not meant for hard feelings but as a joke coming from a painter lol
and i could also be wrong that it may not have been painted before....jus' sayin

Yea I was just messing around. that **** is wayyyyy different. The bumper has barely any metallic sparkle to it. the hood is from a different car. The DS fender has been redone and was a VR. The rear bumper I got from getting rear ended was actually off an SS and the paint is peeling off that. awesommmeeee.
