ouch, glad you're ok. how fast were you going? just curious what it takes to do that to a rim. hopefully it didn't do anything to the suspension, looks like just replace the wheel and you're good to go.

That sucks!
That stinks, good thing you didn't get hurt and the car only got a bum foot from the adventure.
If you decide it is time to upgrade your wheels you will likely have no problems selling the other three to people on the forum who want another full size factory wheel for a spare or to replace a scuffed one.
Just something to think about

I wouldn't submit this as a claim if I were you. In most cases if the carrier pays $1,000 or more on an at fault claim, they will surcharge your auto policy for 3 years. It depends on the carrier but it is usually around $400. Some carriers have an accident forgiveness for the first accident, but I'd save that for a really rainy day.
Glad it is just the rim and how the hell did the tire hold up??!! ... LOL

might not be just the wheel, could have tweaked the suspension, you should definitely have it checked out. if it IS just the wheel or if its anywhere near your deductible then i wouldn't go through insurance, just get yourself a nice set of aftermarket wheels

wow. that's nasty. I hope you're not driving that - it's gonna blowout any second now.
I agree - don't claim it on insurance. It's not worth it. Buy a new one, or sell the other 3 and upgrade to something new.

+1 for not claiming it since your vehicle was the only one damaged and you can repair it for less then your deductible.

hopefully, your suspension is ok...
