Google Sketchup

Download Google Sketchup and then load the rx8 model from the 3d warehouse. Let's see who has talent.

I could not load it here.

Sketch up is drawing prgram that allows you to do quick 3D or 2D based drawings on the fly. Here at my place of employement we use Sketch up when we need to crank out a quick 3D models of new conceptual skematics for buildings, infrastructure, etc. instead of using CAD or 3D Max. which are great programs, but takes more time to develop detail oriented modles. Sketch up allows us to produce quick models with detail in about half the time. Then if we need a polished rendering for our client we use Lightwave to turn the sketch up file into a sophisticated rendering.

Great program! I will see if i can play around with that RX-8 model when i have some free time.

Hell, I am still learning, I just think it's awesome that someone did such a great job. I would like to see how far someone could go with it.
