traded in my rx8 yesterday and purchased a 08 350z had fun with the 8 just wanted something new

 

i was looking 350z to replace my car but idk.......how do you like it so far compared to the 8

 

its different but i like it i definately like having more tq and power and gas mileage but each has his own ive always liked zs so i finally was able to afford a nice one so i jumped on it

 

yeah i have came across a few in my price range
does it feel a lot heavier than the 8 or does the extra power make up for it

 

my bf did the same thing. got rid of his 8 and got a z.

 

i like the green one you guys have at work but its like 17k idk how much it is with the discount

idk if i can see myself driving the z or be able to insure it

 

congrats on the purchase bro i went the other way around from the z to the 8 i honestly couldnt stand the look of the z and i had reliability issues and a lot of other factors drew me to the 8 but to each his own n congrats

 

Nice ride... I've always liked the 350Z... I'm sure the added power is nice!

350z is a good car, but there's something about it that never quite appealed to me. I do like the 370's a bit more though. It really is a personal choice though... I'm sure most people wouldn't get my next car either. Enjoy... I'm sure that extra power is fun.

I didn't like the 350, but I like the 370 tho, more stylish in design, just imho.
And loves my 8. :D

1st Mod get rid of the hole in the center dash omg. Biggest **** up in Nissan history. The Z cars are very cool I had an 85 300zx with dig dash back in the day. It was good while it lasted I fried the auto transmission and got something else.

I drove a Z and didn't like it at all. Good brakes, awesome shifter feel, good steering and suspension, but it never really felt that fast. The RX8 definitely felt more eager. Horrible interior (base model convertible), outrageous price, and worst clutch I've ever driven (left leg was really shaky after 15 minute test drive). Seemed like it was only good for blasting around town in at WOT. Otherwise, hated it.

That was my experience and it was an 05 or 06 Z back when Nissan was adding updates to it every couple years. Yours should have all the updates and I hope you like it. There's no shame in going after what you want.
