my friend was pulled for racing with another friend (CLK and GTi MKV)
CLK was pulled while GTi booked it... but anyways. CLK guy got a really good attorney and now he is only facing speeding !
however, i find street racing to be really lame.

It is possible to get a lawyer and have the case reopened. It may be worth it in the long run.

i can't be a hypocrite because i have been there before.. we implemented some controls though and didn't race down random streets. i have got the street racing but mine was before they made it a felony. the other two i have got also but i couldn't tell you what the fines were. they got me through that whole dragnet thing the san diego PD was doing like 7 years ago. they caught my buddy who had video of us all... so they staked us out at the wild animal park... dirty...

i got written for racing on a highway. worst part was, i actually wasnt. i was going about 15 over, trying to catch up to a few friends cuz i got stuck at a light. right at a turn in the highway, some mustang BLOWS past me like 30 over. well, there was a cop right at the turn, pulled both of us over. he thought we were racing. both got tickets, but the guy in the mustang was arrested for DUI, and when court came around i got it dropped to failure to maintain lane hahahh.

 

I got caught once on the highway doing 145,

the cop just came up to me and said, you're lights aint on bro

yes, he said bro, he also said: I know its 3 and u gotta get her home and all, but slow down

thankgod for sleeping girlfriend

 

why would an 8 even race an Evo?! You're just ASKING to get pwned.

THEN on top of that, the police pwned you.
