not bad. i was thinking about shaved door handles, but heard it become a pain after a while and the actuator may sometimes fail.

is that mesh you replaced the grill with?

crazy,
too bad it isn't like finger print sensor, or palm sensor
or maybe u can teach the car to recognize u and it'll auto open
that'd be like some crazy stuff that'll happen in the future or something.

Interesting, did you create a fail safe in case the battery dies?

ie a way to get the hood open to charge the battery.

shaved doors have been around for over 50 years, nothing new about them, and they look entirely kick *** compared to our ugly *** stock door handles. It would have been nice if they could have done ours the way they did the FD or Berreta's, just looks so much cleaner without some ugly *** handle sticking out all over the place. this has been talked about before on the forum, just do a search for shave handles.

very clean man...one of my last cars had shaved everything. man what a pain in the ***!! I went through 3 sets of motors, actuators, and 2 different alarms. What a total waste of money, not to mention 2 different shops. I even had a remote backup popper but I had to use it so many times that that failed as well. Definetly not for daily drivers but great for show cars.

Those poppers have a lot of kick and I don't know how easy it is to freeze our doors shut. Ever notice how much they can move when they are closed if you push on them from the outside?

yea the poppers are typically verY strong. The main problem with these is the cable running from the motor to your door handle. that line can easily break.
