I finally had a chance to get a few new pictures of my car since I had the windows tinted.

I ordered a front splitter and eyelids that will be here Monday

 

I thought my car was perfect stock when I got it, but I looooove the clear corners, makes the car look sharp and clean, especially against the red. The ambers look nice on the brilliant blacks, but I think clears are awesome on the VRs. Your car looks great

That's something I was considering too. I'll probably get the clear corners and tint them.

 

Shout out from Johnstown here. Loving the look of that tint. What type/shade/percentages did you go with? Where did you have it installed?

I would love to do that. What's your opinion regarding PA law and the risk of getting pulled over? I had a bud that had to get his truck tint removed.

I just bought a 2006 Copper Red Shinka a few weeks ago. Would love to get the windows tinted and some clear corners along with a list of other stuff, mostly appearance: radiator and oil cooler grilles, strakes, rear grilles, front flaps.

 

I went with 20% on all the windows. I haven't been pulled over yet and I've had a lot of cops behind me since I've had it done. Most of the cars I see with tinted windows look pretty dark, so I would say they are at least 20% and I know a few people that have it and have never been pulled over for it.

I had it installed at TC Customized in Pleasant Hills. I had 35% on my Celica, and there were times that the windows didn't look tinted at all, so I wanted something darker.

I want to buy all of those parts for my RX-8 too. Congratulations on getting the Shinka! They look really good in Copper Red
