people are right... FB's should be an option... there are some pretty nice one's out there:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dXu9T...eature=related
That's just a dyno video... there's a couple of races but I figured I would let you guys look those up... just search for directfreak...

I like all of them though... I chose the FC because if I had all of them in front of me, well modded and clean looking, I would probably choose the FC. A lot of cars in that time had the "wedge" look but the FC is the only car I've ever liked with that style to it... mazda just managed to do something different enough to make it sexy. Plus I like the sleeper style... and I think a clean FC can pull it off better because it's more unsuspecting to those who dont know any better.

looking through FD pics... found this one. Funny looking with slicks that big... but I have a sneaking suspicion it's fast in the quarter.

The FC was the absolute worst looking RX-7, by far. Blatant rip off of 924/944/968 styling.

The 1st and 3rd gens were original and beautiful, and ahead of their times. Even if the first gen looks dated now, compare it to any other car from 1979 and it looks so much newer and modern.
