Yes it was at the Prime Osborne Convention center.

Well the movie playing was X-Men, and considering you need to play movies that have action sequences and great sound effects (since no one actually sits in the car and watches the movie, the whole idea is to show off the subs and screens). 2 of the movies you listed would consistantly have good action scenes that would show off the sound of the car not the content or the actors in a movie....!

As I stated in the first post, I did not expect to win anything. I entered because the shop that is sponsoring my car, who just agreed to the sponsorship the week before the show, paid the entry fee.

Did I meet you....? Saw and met a lot of people that day and can't remember.

Car has 13,300 miles and I love that smell, it seems to come back everytime I do something new to it, just telling me she's happy with the changes!!

 

yeah, the sponsorship thingy hey.....

umm.... that was from my personal experience anyway, had a fulltime show car back in 2001, did a full year show circuit here in australia and finished in top ten (actually no.7), alot time needed and was pouring lots $$$ into it. now looking back, should've save the money and get myself a boxster
anyway, to make it worse, opened up my own styling shop not long after :D
ps. still have that "showcar", and it has been though 2 total styling rebuild and one engine conversion, but its in pieces again.... looking for a donor car atm to "transfer" everything, and make that one a fulltime drag car
