I hope to one day install a car computer, so while my savings are building up I decided to use the tools I already have and start programming and designing some of its components. One of things I've completed is my future background, which I think turned out nicely.

I used this beautiful pic of our beloved engine as a base for the design and then photo-shopped the rotor and played with it a bit to make my background. Here is the original pic:

What do you guys think?

I matched the pixel count and aspect ratio to exactly fit a standard 7" touchscreen, but it works nicely as a background on a larger screen, too. Just set the image to "centered" and select black as your border color.
