i think he said it for warranty reasons.

cuz its known in the subaru and mitsubishi community that, if the plate number is displayed on any of the track event/race pictures, they will run some check to see if its still in warranty, if it is, they will void it.

look for snell 2005 or newer. i found my helmet on ebay for $40. $8 shipping. i think it was stolen. its a nice helmet.

about warranties, my bumper to bumper is up in 2 months i think. i dont really care. i came into my dealership with my entire interior stripped out and VHT (sticky stuff put down for drag racing) all over my rear bumper. my service tech wasnt entirely happy with me, but i mean.. whatever. im not coming in for transmissions or engines or whatever. im coming in for an oil change. she asked me grimly, "do any zoom-zoomin?" i was acted surprised, "what? no.. of course not."

haha. honestly, that vht? i have a friend who is a real prankster. and i took out my interior so i could vacuum it better.

my engine will be turbo'd before 100k and if it goes, i think im putting an LSx in there. bring on the haterade.

wish someone has a video of how he crashed.

he asked for the crash tho, traction control off ... not like he is a professional or anything.

I was thinking about taking TCS/DSC off in the later runs.. kersh had it off

Back in June, I had it off and the 8 wasn't scary at all (it's different now b/c of the cold)

i looked through the source of the page, but i dont know javascript that well. but considering that photoshop can save screenshots in a lossless format i got them just as well as you. :P

check out that pic of the smoking toyota ae86. looool. that was definitely one i saved.

i also noticed this one guy hanging back... i think he was driving a chick car.. i wonder why he lagging so far behind?

(btw, i got this pic from a guy standing right next to the track photographer. i have 10 total.)
