Is this all for personal use or will you be showing this at shows?

Can you make you navi screen say custom messages?

I always find my self wanting a way to program, "your hot" or "stop tailgating me *******" into mine to display to the people behind me

^^ I suppose I can just turn it switch it over to display computer, and open word or something and type it in, and maximize it.
FYI - the NAV screen rotates between NAV, VGA-RGB computer, Rear monitor 1, Rear monitor 2.

Any screen can show any source.

Great work!!! Hey devoid does your setup allow for the use of the steering controls? If yes did you have to do anything special to get them to work. Also do you have a link or something of what has to remain for an upgraded headunit to allow all the stock displays to work? Thanks.

all i can think of is WOW..........forget the fact that you dont have a body kit or dropped thousands on rims.....thats still the most amazing 8 i`ve seen. Those engine covers ( the ony thing i`d be able to take off the car) are sweet.... did you make those?

Yest the engine covers were made.

wow, your car is quite insane with all the work you've done and how clean everything came out. It's not really the type of car i'm into but I applaud all the work you've put into it. Very nice!

Just curious, how much has it cost you so far, and how are you able to afford this?
You said you graduated from RIT, so you must have a good job, what do you do if you dont mind me asking? I want to buy an RX 8 also but with that and my student loans I wouldn't have much to save.

it's a lot....I didn't get any special consideration...this is all out of pocket.

A good estimate would be to just ask your local, very knowledgable audio shop what they would think....also consider this was in the shop for a year.....that should give you a good idea. Sorry....financing is personal....let alone, I can only estimate the final cost, b/c I myself haven't, nor do I want to, added it up. I only have a rough idea.

just wondering how you installed the rear underglo light? did you have to build some sort of heat shield to stop the exhaust from melting it?
