My pod is sitting in the house waiting on gauge to come in, then I can let you know how it goes.
Right now, I'm just going to have the Nordskog Oil Temp gauge there(see below pic.....this one is oil PSI, but this is the only pic I could find with the silver bezel). Anyway, I'm seriously thinking about going with this eventually........ http://www.plxdevices.com/products/dm100obd/
Note how much customization you can do.
As far as the wiring, I really can't see it being that bad, but I'll let you know once I get it in there. Maybe a DIY with pics as I go through this.

i can see the only real hard part will be drilling a hole in the duct...you cant fit a drill from the top because of the widsheild so i will have to do it from underneath or do it by hand from the top..i can see already its going to be a bitch...trust me

Any tips found out................please share. I was going to poke around in there today as sort of an exploratory look. Was betting I'd have to cone up through the bottom. Shouldn't need a very big hole in the duct........just a matter of getting to it......but I haven't looked yet at all.
Just got mine in for the wifes MS6 - now I gotta see how fun this is going to be....I'll update any techniques I figure out.

Looks good Kane....................although I'm suprised it's not angled in just slightly more since I believe they were made originally for the 6's before he started making them for the 8's.
