I wanted a little extra zazz on my car for SevenStock this year so I ordered some custom decals from Polak Graphics. I think they turned out great, the color is Sunlight Silver which matches the OEM wheel color pretty closely. PM user dshiznit1489 if anyone wants in on the decal goodness, he'll hook you up. damn i was going to do the same thing, except it was going to be the RX-8 club decal, but wondering if it will be worth it because the decals on my windows are starting to peel off.

anyways what happened to the sides? did you hit something or did the paint just flake off?

cause that's what happened to my sides when i first painted them [i painted the bottom part gun metal] but some of the layers of paint came off with the painters tape so i tried touching them up, but still thinking of covering them up with the RX-8 Club decal.

 

The decals should stay on for a while, if they fall off I can always get more. the damage to the sides was there a little bit when I installed them but it has gotten worse with daily driving. I actually sit pretty low, you cannot really tell from the pics.

 

Hey guys, remember there is a 1 year warranty on the decals! Did you wash the decals or let a pressure washer hit them?

 

yeah i can tell from seeing your car in person. i guess you can cover up the lower lip of the side skirts with a long piece of gunmetal vinyl/

 

nope, i clean my car by hand so i dont use a pressure washer. but i do use my car for daily driving [majority freeway] about 60 miles or more a day

usually its the front end of the stickers or the end facing the front of the car that are starting to roll up and peel away.

guess they need to be stickier!
