I would never convert my car into a manual, but i could have been only $2k away from a Petit Supercharger.
Easier than anything i ever did, mine was pretty fast (about 1 hr, the sides are easy just mount the tube with the clips mark for the screws and bingo!~ The front will probably be the hardest for you since you probably have the black engine cover that goes under and is attached to your bumper and other engine plastic protecting parts, it only took me 3 min, I say installing the tubes only took me about 20 min, It took me about 40 minutes figuring out where and how to run the wires and where to put the switch, and transformer. A clean look ill post pics later of engine (how i ran the wires) Come to socal and ill help you install

I forgot u can mount Neons which i think have a richer in color glow, because the tubes OPTX Street Glow neons are in Plastic tubes No water willl get near them.

I like LEDGlow's products. Im going to go with their x2 48in and x2 32in setup. Plus im going to get wheel well LED tubes as well.

Really? Hmm. Well i'll just make an order for the underbody lights and some extra mounting hardware. I have 6 interior tubes that have no home, so i was going to put 2 in my fender vent area and in my front bumper.

I'm just waiting for a 60-70 degree weekend again.

they aren't black, they are CF. i have a set of R-Magic skirts i still need to put on. haven't decided on CF or WB yet.

 

 

Sorry, I didn't looks close enough. I think I'll eventually go the R Magic lip etc route as well with my WB. I like having the CF going around the bottom though it really looks quite nice.

Why would you never make your car manual? Its 1000x better for RX8s. Now for V8s that is a different story. You cant stall a rx8 effectively.

 

Zumn, you should make a thread about your Neon install. That way people who want to do this will have an idea what they are getting into.

you are right and i did take full detail pictures like 15 or so of the install so people really cant lose track of what they are doing?...i have to upload them first Then ill do the step by step

 

my car is at the shop getting some new drill/slotted rotors install and a new spoiler. but this is what it looks like before the mods, i was also wondering if my car would look good with chrome rims? i track my car so not sure if chrome falls under the whole racing look.
