Spot on. And why the heck would you paint CF?

 

because we think it would look much cleaner painted. i havent check them our but if that make that lip non cf i would get it, even if i got it cf i would still paint it forthe clean factor lol.

 

ill photoshop it painted when i get off work and you can see the difference

 

Not the best photoshop job but you can get the picture. I think it looks a lot cleaner painted.

thats a good job i think, just curious how did you go about doing it? it matches really well, i would select the area and then desaturate it then choose selective color then pick the correct blue. How did you do it?

oh and it looks a lot more aggresive colored

 

i selected the area copy, paste, went to adj, color balance and messed with the colors lol. Here it is with baller goldies lol

White and black wheels are harder to do because it takes away the detail from it. I just tried but it didn't turn out to well.

 

i beleive you can get the Leg Sport lip in non-CF, but even the CF one is hard to get here.

it does look good if it were painted and had gold wheels like those.

 

can I ask how you painted the rims in photoshop? id love to learn how to do it just so i can see what my 8 would look like with different coloured rims.

Going to have to agree to disagree. Cant stand the painted look.

That being said, yes you can get them frp which you can paint. If you are REALLY striggling and are REALLY desperate, I have already spoken to our local supplier who can forward onto the US but it gets expensive.

You should start a poll here in the multimedia gallery. And see who says paint it and who says leave it. Bet the majority say paint

 

looks cleaner painted. i say paint it.

 

Right now I feel the CF lip and spoiler are a nice subtle look. Im happy withit and while thats the case its going to stay that way.

Might do the poll later if I get bored with it. Or feel free to start it yourself.
