your car is strikingly familiar to my car's setup with winter wheels before it was totaled. sadly, i only have a this picture with my black stockers.

This is winter mode for me as well. I run white stockers in the summer.

Wheels are 18x8.5 +38, tires are 245/40/18.

Trust me, I use to roll without the front plates for the longest time but I was getting sick and tired of being pulled over and getting ticketed for no front plate by every all different types cops, I even got a ticket for no front plate from a cop on a bicycle while I was sitting at stop light it wasn't worth the hassle anymore.
