Why do some of these 8's look more "pearly". Is it just the luck of the picture or are you guys putting another coat on. bitte.

That pearl white is so nice I'm thinking about getting that color next.

I had so many white vehicles I decided to change color this time.

 

All I'm saying is - yes i drive my white 8 hard and fast, and as often as I can.

And since my windows have that nice dark 35% black tint, I get the best of both worlds. I'll nevah go back, daaaahlings.

Ah you should've gone all out and had them done 15%. I could drive around naked all day and no one would notice lol......but I don't.

The legal tinting limit in Pa. is 70% so I'm already pushing the envelope at 35%. Besides, I really don't want it any darker. Just wanted enough to set off the pearl, and NOT be a cop magnet.

Next stop - remote starter so I can stop worrying about rushing off to work before she's warm enough (I'm soooooooo not a morning person). Any suggested brands? Also, is there a workaround to having to surrender my spare key chip? I hear there's something called "demo" mode??? I've had remote starts in all my cars for the last 20 years, and of course, this is the one that could *really* use it (I'm always running late, only to have to sit and wait a few minutes! AARRRGHH!!!) (sorry, should I move this question to another thread?)

 

70% ????? Geez...isn't that pretty much clear? The legal limit here in Tennessee is 31% if it hasn't changed over the years. Oh and yes, your other question needs to be in the tech section and I'm sure you will get more help there. There's probably a thread already started about remote start kits.

 

That's good ol' PA for ya, **** (which is what my oldest teenage son wanted my vanity plate to say . The cops here want to be sure they can see what we're up to. Sheesh.

 

In the part of Texas I live we can limo the back and do legal on front. So of course I did just that, and with the limo tint on back glass & small doors the legal tint on front doors looks darker. I also put a strip across front windshield. Hard to see in and love it!!! Will post pics of my WWP tomorrow for all to see. Took the baby out on the open road today and oh what love. Have noticed you get lots of attention in this car.

quick question to all, where is the best place on internet to get the clear corner lights? Can't wait to get that yellow off my corners, stands out too much. Oh and RebelX the black rims look great.
