Good way to start a grass fire!

 

Okay guys, these are some quick snaps and don't pay attention to the wheel gap because my car is sitting at the sloped part of my driveway so the wheel gap is about four fingers versus the usual barely 2 fingers. Also, my car is very dirty so try an concentrate on the semi-clean wheels But, tell me what you think. Be honest. Volk GT-F.

Front: 18x8 +33
Rear: 18x9 +

 

A bit too busy for me, I bet they look awesome in stride though. VG upgrade from stock. Rear rims wider than the front looks cool.

 

I thought so too at first until they were on, The red doesn't really come out great in the pics and the rims are actually still pretty dirty, I just washed them off pretty quick.

 

the red looks much darker in the "just the rims" pic. I've taken pictures where bodypanels looked different but not when you look at it with your eye. Lookin' good dude!

It will be about a week to get them on because I have to wait to get new tires put on. Until then I continue to rock the Shinka's.

9K I really like the wheels. although I would have them in black instead of red as I think they would look a bit more subtle, and they would also go with the side vents

 

agreed. i have seen those on red on a black 8 and a red Z but i think black or gray is the best to overall style. I think they were on the pepsi rx8 show car? they looked god on that.

 

I am tinted except for the rear window thanks to some vandals at a club. The freakin' window was expensive and the glass place could not tint. I will be getting the whole car re tinted soon.

to be 100% honest, I kinda liked your shinka wheels more..

guess I'll go into it a bit.. not a fan of the red highlights (on our VR), anything multi-piece, chrome or very polished wheels

..but then again I have different taste than most people lol
