Hello from the UK.

This is my first Jap car before this I owned a 3 Series BMW anyway here's some pics of my RX, still a WIP and got some pretty cool mods on the way

As I bought it...

Fitted some clear lenses...

Then some aero and new wheels...

Then fitted some R3 rear clusters.

These pics are already out of date done a fair bit on the car since this mostly working with carbon fibre, I'll get some more up to date pics soon.

Lights weren't as straight forward as you think firstly the rear light housing on the 04 will not house the R3 lights without modification (The holes for the bulb holders don't match up) I'd been told they were the same housing (Same part numbers)...wrong! None of the fixing points on the R3 lights match the existing holes and the light unit itself is deeper overall it took me a good 5hrs to get the lights to fit without a massive gap on the rear wings. They can be fitted but you'll need to re-drill the mounting holes and trim the bulb holders so they can be removed if you need to change a bulb.

As for wiring this is a piece of cake you can use 2 out of the 3 existing connectors and use the reverse light connector off your old light to modifiy the reverse light connector on the R3 lights. The most painful part of this conversion was the price of the R3 lights £299 each here in the UK.

I'll do a DIY guide eventually.
