y buy the original stuff when theres good copies for less? the material that shine auto uses is more durable than the fiberglass used on the original kits

when i buy guns, i refuse to buy cheap knock offs by crap companies.

buying names--there's a reason for it.

because 99% of the knockoffs out there are utter and complete ****, even if they use more durable material, they had to cut corners somewhere else to produce the kit cheaper than the people who ORIGINALLY designed it or else it would cost the same, plus they stole the design from another company and are profiting from it. If you came out with a totally badass kit for the 8, priced it as competitively as possible, (it's not like these guys have a lot of margin in these kits, unless they make them out of super cheap materials...like replica's) and then found out someone else copied it, made it out of cheaper crap material, and was selling it out from under you would you want to support them?

Just something to think about, if you like supporting ripoffs then all you're doing is putting money into shady *** companies pockets.

Buy real, support the industry, not the crooks who are leeching off of it.

^ this is true. and your lip does fit relatively well. i see a couple of minor flaws, but they aren't super noticeable.

well see what i can scrounge up in the next few months. i won't have anything new or cool for OCC but the car will be clean and shiny at least. but as soon as i graduate and start making bank i'll definitely be looking for some nice o.g. stuff.

That Civic is an old school EF, with some sort of swap in it, forgot which one, the Vette put down about 780rwhp all motor and has a 200hp shot hooked up to it. The Impala has a LS6 motor swap and sitting on 26" wheels ran a 11s 1/4.

It was a nice range of cars, all different and appealing to different group. My car seemed to be right in the middle, people who like muscle appreciate its stance and people who like imports recognize what it is, all in all it "looked" the most badass car lol but that Vette is no joke. I got to be the "main attraction" The car was suppose to be parked INSIDE in the lobby but when I found out I'd have to stay till way late I opted for my own corner by the ticket booth outside lol.

Thanks again for the compliments.

I think if you worked on PSing the color images they might come out more interesting,,,
There just isnt enough contrast in the images...

They were taken that way, didn't want to make them any darker though.

I think they came out pretty good especially the first one, but I can see what Greg is saying the pics kind of make your car look dull **which it is far from**
