Guys,
I am pretty new to the forum.
I am currently looking at buying a Gray rx8.
But I am confused... what's the difference between a Ti gray and a Galaxy Gray?
Can someone enlighten me?

Thanks Guys.
Till today, I still cannot tell the difference... maybe when both the Ti and Galaxy gray are placed side-by-side.
Anyway, I am delighted to have place an order for an 08 6AT Gray ( i think it's an Galaxy Gray..). Can't wait to get my hands on them soon.

^^^ Thanks. Wait did you say you bought the shift boot from Chrism? If so, didn't he say that the pics make it look much brighter than it really is? If it is a darker red, then it might not be that bad.

love the Volk GTS' I have the SF Challenges and I'm givin ya a heads up---go ahead and get an extra coat of clear on the polished lip. Ive had mine for two years and I have horrible pitting, real bad,,, after putting my oems back on for the winter I will have to get them proffessionally restored, money that could be better spent elsewhere...

By the way yours look great as well! I had wanted to get the SF Challenges in gunmetal, but they were discontinued in that color and were a little to expensive for my budget at the time. I still love mine though.

Thanks. How much does that cost? Do you think it would even be worth it since it doesn't even snow where I live? Also, I might even swap out the wheels for the rainy season.

umm thats a call you might ask someone with a polished lip that lives a non seasonal climate. I live in MD and its becoming a pattern for the last couple years that there is only winter and summer... the first winter I took them off and stored them away to avoid the snow(more so the Salt) but the second winter I got lazy and didnt take them off,,, biiigggggg mistake. I m not sure if its worth it but since its a rare wheel(was the fifth person to get a set in the states-told that by Mackin Industries(werent even on the internet yet)) that gets a lot of street cred I want to invest in restoring them,,, initial qoutes are around $100 a wheel... maybe be more since its getting gradually worse... I may just have to order new barrels from Mackin Industries-yikes dont even want to guess that cost, I was thinking about RE30s which look amazing on the 8, and this will deffinately be my next wheel(next wheel will not have polished lip, may be a couple years off though)
