Nice pics - the SS is lookin' good! I also really like the environment too. Very vibrant colors Cali doesn't get seasons so its kinda tough tryin' to get those kinds of shots at times

 

Yea the middle two where actually in my front yard after I detailed it lol

I feel that mine is sub par due to not really having anything done to it. I'm still searching for MS side skirts as my next big purchase and you can only imagine how difficult MS parts are hard to find. Partly in reason why I don't go to car shows bc besides the emblems and turn lights, that's all I have done to it.

My goal is just to make it a show car instead of speed bc it's an auto.

I guess I can't really complain tho bc IMO my 8 is cleaner and in running condition compared to all the others around here.

 

Not going to lie - showing the car at events is a ton of fun. Inspiring others has been a huge reward within itself.

IMO, don't be too concerned about what your car isn't...just build what you love and love what you build.


p.s. - i REALLY wish my hood n' bumper fit that well (damn accidents)

 

Your 8 really looks great P. Not gonna lie a little jelly lol, but I use that to keep pushing when time and money allow. I'm definately inspired by looking at the progress you and others have accomplished. Can't wait to see it in person in Vegas (if you guys are going)

 

You know whats funny...I don't even notice that your hood n bumper don't fit that well but being as **** as I am about my car I prob notice things that other ppl are like wtf are you talking about.

I love my car no matter what...but just to be a little more different...that makes my day lol

LOL. yeah - i have that 'only the owner knows' kind of issues. lol. Most people don't notice unless they have an OCD eye. This is why i'm learning how to do my own body work.

@9K yeah i have actually thought about doing it but at the time when i was getting everything painted i didn't have the money to get the paint scheme and the show was literally in a week.

lesson learned i supppose.

no real worries tho. i plan on gettin' a new bumper by next year anyways lol.

Did you flip-flop your wheels and bumper? Your sig' shows your wheels are black and silver front lip. It's the opposite on the picture you attached.

 

Yea I change my wheels all the time.....I've just installed those daytime running lights

Right now it's the current I've posted...not my sig. I'm painting my wheels professionally pretty soon. They where only plasti dipped so I could have a visual and not have to be commited to paint at first.

I painted the lower lip due to city driving and all the **** that fly's up and chips my paint.
